Birmingham Al area bird ID please (1 Viewer)

[Beautiful South]

It isn't a chickadee. It's bigger, eats moths out of the air and it doesn't make the chickadee sound. The eastern Phoebe shows only brown on the head. I can't ID this bird for anything. Help please.

It doesn't have any swift like features on it's wings.

Eastern phoebes can have a particularly dark cap, specially in pictures

After searching and more searching all I can come up with is a dark headed Eastern Phoebe.
