Need help to ID some New York gulls (1 Viewer)

Dear Birders,

Is that the first one is Black Backed Gull and the second one is Lesser Black Backed Gull?

....... and Great Black-backs are heavy, almost goose sized, bruisers unlike the far more elegant, long winged Lesser, which has distinctly dark grey upperparts ( there's as much chance of the black backed nominate taxon getting to the New World than graellsii as it has to the UK, so it can almost be excluded ).
