A friend took this shot of baby owls at the base of a tree. any help on what kind, please? And any possibility that they were able to climb back up? As always, thank you and you guys rock!

Look to be great horned owl kids. They're fairly mobile so will likely be able to climb back into some tree and get off of the ground.
