Hi Eddie,

It is a young Rock Shag.

Olivaceous/Neotropical Cormorant is an extreme vagrant to the Falkland Islands.

was taken in East Cove. Was down in your neck of the woods for a week end of Feb. beginning of March .... Will be there again in July
