Hi, I think this is a Sharp-shinned as opposed to a Cooper's because the tail looks square and the leg looks quite thin. This is in Bergen County, NJ USA

Here is another view, I felt the head looked a little small in comparison with the body, but I realize it's always difficult to distinguish between the two. Thanks for your opinions,

One more here for Sharp-shin. Small round shaped head; long, thin tarsii and talons. They are common in my area of NE PA.
