Probably not the best specimen or photo but I have taken lots of shots of these birds in various locations and this is my best so far. I was focused on a pair of Crimson Rosellas when a pair of these called in for a closer look. They chose to settle in a very dark shaded area just to make...

    '2nd time!!!'

My second sighting of this beautiful 'Yellow Robin' Up on the back road again and I spotted this one hopping down from a tree to the ground, I was able to get out of the car and approach without the bird being aware, thus a couple of good close-ups. Only happy to share with everyone.

    'Another New One for Me'

I spotted this bird on a fence by the roadside and hopped out of the car to get a better look! I knew that I hadn't seen it before and managed to get quite a few shots in when I was treated with a second bird. They hopped up and down from the fence to trees and trunks and didn't seem to mind...

    Close relation in feeding

Eastern yellow Robins usualy follow Lyrebirds so they can catch small insects disturbed by the Lyrebirds. These birds came very close and didn't mind us being there. The only time we saw the Lyrebirds even though we were told that they're common.
