Accipiter in Nicaragua (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'm not very familiarized with the American accipiters yet.
Could this one be a Cooper's ?
The features I note are quite rounded tail, big head and not so protruding head. Am I going in the right direction ?

Pictures taken today in NW Nicaragua.

Thanks 😊

I wouldn't rule out Accipiter but it doesn't look obviously like one. Heavily- and coarsely-blotched underbody and contrasting pale/translucent primaries aren't right for Cooper's hawk (which seems to be pretty scarce there). Dunno.
