An oriole (?) in Sri Lanka for Identification (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Can anyone identify the bird that a friend of mine photographed in Sri Lanka a few weeks ago ( I think it was in Yala). I'm not familiar with Sri Lanka's birds myself but my opinion is that it's an oriole species but, looking at photos of orioles on Sri Lanka birding sites still hasn't helped me to put a name to this particular bird.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Lancey

Common Iora

Steve and Rockfowl,
Thanks for identifying this as a Common Iora. I doubt I'd have reached this conclusion myself without help.

Regards,
Lancey
