I thought cattle egret is always white. Is this one cattle egret?

Thanks for the link. Hopefully I will never get confused with these egrets again.

Bear in mind that one of the distinguishing features of the Eastern Cattle Egret, as shown in your photo is that it shows much more yellow in the breeding season that the Western version does.
