Binoculars for a tight wad (1 Viewer)

What configuration are you looking for?

That translates into roughly $80 US.

I would recommend the Nikon Action (though a little short on eye relief if you wear spectacles). Celestron Nature 8x30...Olympus Roamer 7x21....Bushnell Excursion 8x28...Zhumell Short Barrel 8x42s.

If you hunt around you should be able to find the Celestron Nature 8x30 for under £50. A note of caution. When I tried them on a Celestron stand two of their demo pairs were broken which might be a concern. A working one is pretty good though.

The prices on the Bushnell Excursion 8x28 have increased recently and are quite a bit over budget.

The slightly bigger brother to the Olympus Roamer, the PCI 8x25 is very good. Occasionally I've seen it for £50, but they best I could find today is £58:

The Nikon Action 7x35 and 8x40 are £58 and £60 respectively from the same place.

There is an unbranded 8x42 porro at £35 that I've tried and thought was pretty good here:

It's a little bulkier than some and may not suite small hands and faces.
