its a juvenile Common Kestrel imo. Your bird lacks the blackish "bandid" face mask of a juvenile Hobby.

Thanks for the help. The place I saw it mentioned Hobby's on the information boards, and I thought it may have been one of them. Or well, maybe wishful thinking on my part.
