Bird of Tunquini Field Stat (1,600 - 1,800m) / Cotapata NP in Bolivia in November (1 Viewer)

This bird I found near the Tunquini Field Stat (1,600 - 1,800m) / Cotapata NP in Bolivia. A bird with a black mask, white stripe above the eyes and brown breast & vent with a gray back gives me ID problems. Maybe a Black-eared Hemispingus? Or a Warbling-finch?
What does the expert say?
Best regards
