Hi, you can't go far wrong with Islamabad at the base of the Margallas, some of the foothills of the Himalayas. Autumn and Winter are probably the best times. Organised birding is rare so it's best to talk to people once you arrive. Good luck!

lakes of Sindh and Salt range host diverse and huge population of migratory birds i can give you further details on this however best time of year to see them is from december till february
