Birding Strategy Victoria Falls (1 Viewer)

I'm visiting Victoria Falls from 11-16th March, and trying to decide what the best strategy for birding would be. It seems that the Falls National Park has a very extensive list, so it would be worth birding there, if it's not likely to be too crowded. Going out into some savannah would probably get me some different species, so would be worthwhile. It sounds as if it's not really possible to do this independently, so I probably need to find a guided tour. There are birding tours by boat as well, but they seem rather short, and I wonder if the birding isn't a bit casual on them. I don't have to stay at Victoria Falls, but I'm not in the market for £400/night game lodges. Grateful for any advice. Here are my targets:
