Black-casqued Hornbill - Cape Point (1 Viewer)

redeyedvideo

It's like water off a duck's back!
I was in The Gambia last week and was very surprised to see a Black-casqued Hornbill, a beast of a bird. It seems the first record was in October 2018 and, to my knowledge, this is only the 3rd sighting of what I presume to be the same bird.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Genuine vagrant? Black-casqued Hornbill - Cape Point, The Gambia.jpeg
