This little rascal has been bugging me, trying to get a verifiable identification.

It looks like some sort of Pale Blue but, I could be wrong. Lesser Grass Blue from India, seems like a possibility but, I'm not sure. That would be a Zizna otis if, it's the correct name. Any experts out there ?
