Seems there have been several bf people there recently - if you don't get more responses, you might search the id and the vacational threads for comments about Cameron Highlands and contact those individuals too. (I believe that people don't always make it to this subforum so frequently.)

Take a look at Larry Wheatland's excellent "Bristol to Kagu" thread. Larry & Nicky visited the Highlands on about (if memory serves me correctly) page 5 and did quite well.

Hi Tony,

I stayed at The Equatorial which is outside Brinchang a couple of months ago - hotel is fine and its also at the bottom of Gunung Brinchang so if you can get someone to drop you at the top quite an easy walk down. Best birding was also on G. Brinchang...
