Caterpillar alive still? (1 Viewer)

A caterpillar for sure and not a parasite?

There are some caterpillars that look like bird droppings as camouflage iirc.

If it was a parasite, it was one that looked like a caterpillar. What parasites are possible?
No camouflage involved here.
