Cheshire And Wirral Birding: Hills, Lowland and Coast (3 Viewers)

photos of the presumed escaped Laughing Dove on 5th August near Broken Cross in Macclesfield. Interestingly it is a juvenile/1st summer. Not been seen since despite searching.

Wonder if this was same as "Turtle Dove" reported at Neumann's recently? Actually seems more likely than that reported given the state of TDs in the UK currently.
 
Belated news - Aug 9th - 2 Black-necked Grebes, 2 Little Egrets and 2 Turnstones at Frodsham; 48 Little Terns, 225 Common Terns, Shag, 2 Arctic Skuas and 2 Whimbrel at Hilbre;

Aug 8th - White Wagtail, 2 Arctic Skuas, 25 Little Terns, up to 300 Common and 800 Sandwich Terns at Hilbre;

Yesterday - Temminck's Stint (may have been present for a couple of days), Hen Harrier, Marsh Harrier, Green Sandpiper, 2 Common Sandpipers and 4 Greenshanks at Burton Mere Wetlands; Wood Sandpiper, Hobby and Cuckoo at Woolston Eyes; 2 Black-necked Grebes, 2 Little Egrets and Turnstone at Frodsham plus leucistic Sand Martin (previously reported as a leucistic Swallow and now re-ID'd); Yellow-legged Gull, 3 Greenshanks and 6 Green Sandpipers at Marbury CP; 72 Little Terns, 3 Arctic Skuas and 3 Little Egrets at Hilbre; 6 Greenshank at Leasowe;
