Reformed "Bird Ignorer"!
Thought it was about time I put my stuff in here, although I have been keeping an online 'birding diary' for some time now:

Yep sorry Dave - I sorted it out now.

Athough at times there's not much entered, I put basically whatever I've seen - even if just one or two birds... I also have a 'birding diary' (and yes, it is a 'little black book' lol) so I can look back - also as my 'garden birds' in there too.

You might think there's 'not much entered' but I enjoy reading birders day to day sightings so keep it up. I think most birders have a little black book. I've kept a daily diary now since Jan17th 2001.

Niceone Dave :t: mine only started in June this year though.

Man, all those years of missing out... ah well, better late than never... and I'm 36 so I've a good few years of 'birding' in me yet.

For shame!

Yesterday I decided to 'Jazz up' my diary and attached my RSPB bird badges to it, plus my 'WWT' badge... all securely fixed with glue (you can tell I watched 'Blue Peter' as a kid :t:).

Anyhow - here's what it looks like now:

Today the weather has been miserable with a capital 'MIZZ' - really bad... blowing a gale and rain heavy at times...

so 10/10 to the brave Robin and all the House Sparrows who came into the garden... of course, I nipped out and topped the food up for them all - how could I not after they'd made the effort to come?
