confirming immature Pacific Swallow, Sarawak Malaysian Borneo (1 Viewer)

Location: Lowland, Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo
Date: March 2023

Would like confirming if this is an immature Pacific Swallow or it is just due to fluffed up feather? Was taken in a windy cooling overcast morning. I can see quite a number of white feathers on its red face & throat. It seems still yet fully build plumage if I got it right.
