Crested or Thekla Larks - Sagres area, South Portugal May 2022 (1 Viewer)

Hi all, looking for some help here. I think I am looking at 2 photos of Thekla larks based on the face markings, but want to make sure I haven't missed a crested in the mix! These are two different birds:

Bill looks a little long and hooked for Thekla in p2 (and maybe p1 but definitely p2 for me, but I'm not great at this)
 
I think that Crested are virtually unheard of in the Sagres area (although I'd happily be corrected on this). The second pic shows a p1 projecting beyond the primary coverts, which also favours Thekla's.
