Had a wander down the Cuckmere today, bit windy, but we found the long-staying Dowitcher, a Sparrowhawk, a lot of Gulls, Skylarks and Egrets the best of the rest, not bad considering the hoards of dogs all over the place!! Think the Sparrowhawk is a female despite a lot of red colouring and the Rock Pipit looks quite white underneath could it be a Scandinavian one? Opinions welcome!! Lot's of pics on the Blog at the link>
