Transactions of the Zoological Society of London 1866 5: 395-404 + platen
The paper is too big to upload, you can ask me for it
Alternatively, it's at:

(Note that Neave (Nomenclator Zoologicus, Vol. 1 (1939), p. 774) treated this name as available from:
Owen R. 1865. [The tenth of a series of memoirs on the extinct dinornithine birds of New Zealand.] Proc. Zool. Soc. London, year 1865: 438.
This was published earlier, but the name was almost nude there -- descriptive elements basically limited to “flighless bird”, “same stature as Bennett’s Cassowary”, and “remarkable size of the processes of the tibia”.)

Thanks Laurent, this is a great help. I could find the volume, but the book ended on page 394 and plates. The second link I knew, but I see the name there as a Nomen Nudum.

Genus Teleornis Ameghino, 1899

Teleornis impressus Ameghino, 1899
I don't have the paper, don't know the tittle for sure but I think it is
Sinópsis geológico-paleontológica. Supl., 13 pp, so help is needed
I'm not fully sure of the punctuation, but for the rest the title should be : Sinopsis geológico-paleontológica de la Argentina. Suplemento (adiciones y correcciones), Julio de 1899.

I can't help with a copy of the real thing unfortunately (but would be interested if you find one ;)).

For birds, Ameghino introduced at least 1 new family name, 10 new generic names and 13 new species names there -- all of them on pp. 8-9 of the Suplemento. In his Obras completas, published after his death (starting 1913), the Suplemento was not included as such; instead, the "additions and corrections" (*) were inserted as footnotes in the main text of the Sinopsis geológico-paleontológica, originally published in 1897 and reproduced in vol. 12 of the Obras. All the new names were introduced with nothing more than a decidedly brief diagnosis (which should not be a surprise given the number of new taxa covered in less than two pages).
You can see the diagnosis of Teleornis impressus, n. gen., n. sp., in the third footnote at: https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/22731365 .

(*) Well, most of them -- Aminornis excavatus, which you listed in post #15 above, was omitted.

Anas chathamica (Oliver, 1955)
...was published in:
Oliver W.R.B. 1955. New Zealand birds. Revised and enlarged edition. A.H. & A.W. Reed, Wellington.
(It's a book, which went through three editions -- 1930, 1955 and 1974.)

For these two, I can complete the refs with Russian data (which can be better than to search for the paper), but on a quick look I found neither on the web -
Anas platyrhynchos palaeoboschas Serebrowsky, 1941
I do not have the paper, I think the title is:
P.V. Serebrovsky, 1941, Birds from Pleistocene Deposits of Odessa
Comptes Rendus de l’Académie des Sciences SSSR 33: 474-476. So any help is needed
In Russian:
Серебровский П.В. 1941. Птицы из плиоценовых отложений Одессы. Доклады Академии наук СССР, Новая серия, 33 (7/8): 476-479.
(There was probably an English version followed by a Russian version.)
Anas apscheronica Burchak-Abramovisch, 1958
Possibly::
Nikolay Iosifovich Burchak-Abramovich, 1958
Tertiary Birds of the USSR Tertiary Birds of the USSR
Uchenie Zapiski Azerbaijan State University, Serie Biology 1: 81-88
I don't have the paper, and I don't know the title, so again, help is needed
In Russian:
Бурчак-Абрамович Н.И. 1958. Третичные птицы СССР. Ученые записки Азербайджанского государственного университета имени С.М. Кирова, Биологическая серия, 1: 81-88.
(The paper is probably in Russian only. Google Books snippets show the name on p. 85: https://books.google.com/books?id=-lEeAAAAIAAJ&dq=anas , so it's undoubtedly there.)

Anas kisatibiensis Burchak-Abramovich et Mczedlidze, 1995
This name appeared in a SAPE information letter dated Oct 1996, where it was presented as part of a manuscript that had been completed in 1995 - this makes it unlikely that it was published in 1995. The first author passed away in 1997. Are you sure it was actually published at all ?

Thanks for your info, very helpfull.

Anas chathamica (Oliver, 1955) I did know the description was in the second edition, but I did not know there were three editions

Anas kisatibiensis Burchak-Abramovich et Mczedlidze, 1995 It was in the SAPE newsletter 10 for 1996, and yes indeed he died in 1997. The paper was, as far as I know, never published. Unfortunately his collection of fossil birds was destroyed. It is my mistake to mention the species here, as it is obviously a Nomen Nudum and as the bones no longer seem to exist, there is little hope we will see a valid description.

Addendum

Omorhamphus storchii Sinclair, 1928
William J. Sinclair, 1928
Omorhamphus, a New Flightless Bird from the Lower Eocene of Wyoming
Proceedings of the American Philosophical Society 67: 51-65
Remarks: The specimen is a juvenile and it was long thought to be a growing stage of Diatryma gigantea Cope, 1876, now Gastornis gigantea (Cope, 1876). But Antoine Louchart, Bhart-Anjan Bhullar, Ségolène Riamon & Daniel J. Field, 2021: The True Identity of Putative Tooth Alveoli in a Cenozoic Crown Bird, the Gastornithid Omorhamphus: Frontiers in Earth Science. 9: Article 661699 (see The True Identity of Putative Tooth Alveoli in a Cenozoic Crown Bird ) use the name as a valid species. So it must be mentioned here.
