Why don’t you move all the Pacific porzana to Zapornia, and all the pacific ground dove to Pampusana?
Here again we have the problem that revisors only take living species into account, I have seen these proposels but i did nothing with them, in my thought it was of little importance, so I left things as they were, but I will consider it, though I'd rather wait for a review of all the fossil Rallidae, the lasty one is from 1977.

The same goes for the fossil Pacific Ground doves, they have never been reviewed.

If you have more questions, please ask them, but please give some references so I can check the facts, the taxonomy of recent birds is changing very quickly these days and it is hard to keep up with these.
