Ducks, Geese, feeding? (1 Viewer)

Hello there, what do you recommend to feed ducks & geese at my local pond?
Is bread ok and do they prefer the healthier brown bread?

I remember a good few years ago on the adverts on the telly, a woman threw some cake to a duck and the duck ate it then sank!
Then a lady who was watching threw some of her cake at it and it loved it.
If only I could remember what that cake was.
It may have been a Mr Kiplings but I can't narrow it down any futher.

Thank you, I thought it best to find out. There are Geese and { I think } a Moor Hen in the pond/lake too.
