My thoughts were imm Imperial Eagle but I have very little experience with large eagles. Thoughts would be appreciated, and sorry for the terrible pics. 01/05/19.

Seen in the same hour as Golden, Bonelli's, Booted Eagles, Black Kite, Egyptian Vulture, Honey, Steppe Buzzard, Levant Sparrowhawk, Eleonora's Falcon and Kestrel!

Not an Eastern Imperial Eagle. Looks good for Greater Spotted Eagle, but hard to be absolutely sure without clearer images.
