Eagle / woodpecker Central Poland (1 Viewer)

Are these two birds;

1. white tailed eagle
2. middle spotted woodpecker

Both seen on the shores of a large lake north of Warsaw.

Thanks - there seemed no other possibilities - haven't seen a middle-spotted before so just wanted to make sure - white-tailed was clearly a little bit smaller than the ones we've seen before and a bit ragged of feather, especially around the tail - suggesting maybe it had youth on its side
