European Golden Plover confirmation (France) (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I've just seen today this beautiful Plover, which I think is an European Golden. Taken in western France today.
I couldn't see its legs properly.

Here's a short video of the bird walking:

But since it's pretty rare at this time of year, I want to be sure to exclude a Pacific Plover.

Is it possible to confidently rule it out?
