Falcons on Wood Duck houses (1 Viewer)

Recently we put up wood duck houses in our lower creek land. We see a lot of wood ducks so we are excited to see them next and have babies. But yesterday I noticed several Kestral falcons on the wood duck houses. I found a few journal articles from the 70’s online and it appears they are broods to wood duck eggs. Are these falcons a problem to our wood duck habitat? Is this normal? Anything we can do to detour them from being around?
