Don't worry, I am aware that I am not following the latest taxonomy. if I did, I would have to change my notes ever week, so feel free to use your own taxonomy. Of course you can suggest another taxonomy, but keep in mind, it must include as many fossil taxa as possible before I can do anything with it.

So far as I understand, Gypaetus osseticus was listed by Brodkorb 1978 https://ufdc.ufl.edu/UF00099060/00001/86j as a nomen nudum having appeared in a 1973 publication by Burchak-Abramovich. The name is apparently available, but had been introduced two years earlier (i.e., as Gypaetus osseticus Burchak-Abramovich 1971), in a publication that Brodkorb had not seen:
Бурчак-Абрамович НИ [Burchak-Abramovich NI]. 1971. Материалы к изучению плейстоценовых птиц Грузии (пещера Цона). [Materials for the study of the Pleistocene birds of Georgia (Tsona cave).] Палонтологический Сборник [Paleontological Collection], 2: 45-51.
Google Books snippets: https://books.google.com/books?id=2UJRAAAAYAAJ&q=gypaetus
(Note the dual spelling -- also as "Gypaetus esseticus".)

I would assume that "Gypaetus asiaticus (Burchak-Abramovich, 1971)" is an error for Gypaetus osseticus Burchak-Abramovich 1971.

Сай-хаб has Neophrontops dakotensis. I doubt Neophrontops ricardoensis (in a Karger book) can be found online.

I tend to agree with you Laurent. As you have shown, Gypaetus osseticus Burchak-Abramovich is not from 1973, but from 1971. It was reported by Burchak-Abramovich to the IVth Sovjet Congres over the Quaternairy period.
I don't think it is a Nomen Ntdum, I think that is a mistake by Brodkorb, it was described by a proximal half of a right carpometacarpus held by the Georgian Academy of Sciences No. 466.

Gypaetus asiaticus (Burchak-Abramovich, 1971) I have the name from Eugen Kessler, 2018 who said he has the name from Tommy Tyberg, 1998, but I cannot check that.
