I had some problems with my Diamondback HD binoculars and sent them in for warranty service. Vortex sent me back a new pair, very quick turn around. Everything seems to work well and there's less CA than my originals. I understand why Vortex gets high praise for their warranty service!

Same around here with the Viper HD. In my case, the turnaround time was not stellar, but the dealer explained timely, saying that due to the current situation there was a lack of stock, and my format not being the most popular they were concentrating on bringing the most popular 10x42 first, but I got a brand new pair as promised. Thumbs up.
