Harrier in Brandenburg on 28th of April (1 Viewer)

The image of a juvenile Harrier was made near Jueterbog in southern Brandenburg/ Germany. First I identified it as Hen Harrier. But the broad collar and the underwing irritate me.

Looks like a Pallid Harrier to me, 4 fingers, well defined contrasty collar and sharply contrasting dark secondaries to the underwing.

The unstreaked juvenile body feathers and underwing coverts rule out Hen Harrier imo.
