Honeyeater? from Thailand (1 Viewer)

I need help Identifying this bird from Krabi province thailand I have no reference books for this area any help would be appreciated. It seemed to be fairly common in the area. I saw it in gardens and forest on 4 separate occasions.

James is right i think

looks like a Common

can often show that funny darker area on the upper breast, reminiscent of Dark-necked but the crown is not wholly copper coloured as in that species

at least that's what i can remember!

Yes, Common Tailorbird, the south Thailand (and further south) variety, Orthotomus sutorius maculicollis. Forehed much more rufous than those up here (Chiang Mai) and more grey in nape & ear coverts.
