My family has always enjoyed casually looking at birds at home or on vacation, but I never got into it beyond ID'ing red-tailed hawks and the like. I recently had the pleasure of holding an American Kestrel, and that combined with some interesting sightings at home has sparked a deeper interest. Looking forward to learning a lot more from you folks.
