Hume's Leaf Warbler? (1 Viewer)

Taken in February in Nainital, NE India. Apologies for the terrible image (taken from a slide which was probably slightly out of focus to begin with)PICT0156.jpg.

I think you'll need a better image, or we may be analysing features that aren't actually present on the bird in real life. For example it looks to have a prominent pale coronal stripe (bad for Hume's Warbler), but that might just be a result of the poor image

Thanks for taking a look Larry and your comments, I knew it was a long shot.

It could be Buff-barred rather than Hume's, as that species does have a crown-stripe and a broad yellow main wingbar.

By no means conclusive, but getting a Lemon-rumped Warbler vibe from this image. Don't suppose you have any other images that would confirm either way, a pale rump patch?

Thanks David, I was leaning towards Lemon-rumped Warbler. No, unfortunately this is the only shot I got.
