Shot this a couple of days back near Mudigere in Karnataka, South India (13.024779040383395, 75.86441686821303) in a coffee plantation. Some kind of a myna/starling or a cuckoo I guess but cannot place it definitively!

Any help is much appreciated!

Probably, as you suggest, a Starling or Myna?
Do I see a touch of lighter plumage on belly?

I'd say it's an Indian Blackbird, a black-headed subsps.

Thanks for the hint @Tote - it does seem to be the Black-capped blackbird (Male) - a first one for me
