Hello from Costa Rica. I took these photographs this morning from the gardens of hotel Bourgainvilla, San Jose. Both birds were very high I think the first bird is a Kite second bird a Black Vulture. Mike

I think Gray Hawk for the first, definitely (American) Black Vulture for the second.
