ID Please unknown bird in western Washington (1 Viewer)

Long black beak a little curved
black tail feathers
brown body
black top of head

large robin size
feeds on worms in grass and has been at our feeder
it's not a Flicker

chest is light with some reddish brown with black spots

Probably northern flicker. Pointed tail-feathers are visible.

I have to be honest the picture, description and behaviours described seems perfect for a northern flicker, why don't you think its a flicker?
