Can somebody help me with this gull?? It has a blue ring, but i have no idea how to look for the number online. Taken on the 3th of jan on the Belgium coast.

Not many ringers put simple colour rings like this one on the tibia so I guess the person you need to contact is RJ Buijs in the Netherlands.
Looks like this project.

Very unfortunate that the ringer didn't reject this combination, as it is confusing for the observer to know whether it is blue S8 or blue 8S - impossible to know which way up the ring is. Good job you got a photo which should help to identify the correct combination.

The link states that the numbers/letters are white fir this scheme. Those in the photo are black.Looks like this project.
