Internal Battery for G16? (1 Viewer)

Recently replaced the button battery on an older Canon to keep from having to enter date and time every time I power up and thought I'd do my G16 while I was at it. No obvious place to hold a button battery. I even went through the initial steps of disassembling the camera and couldn't see a button battery anywhere.
Does the G16 have an internal battery to maintain date and time? If so, where is it?
