Is this a Ashy Wood Swallow? Athikadavu, Tamil Nadu, India (1 Viewer)

I noticed this bird as a dot in the sky. It was sitting 20-30 m above on a power line. On enlarging the image, I think it may be an ashy wood swallow. Comments please.
