Hi I am new to this forum and have recently moved to the countryside and discovered the joy of wild birds! I am lucky to have kestrels nesting in a hole in the wall of my stone built house. Visiting the nest has been going on to my knowledge since end of March/early April (10 weeks)and I was wondering when the young bird/s will fledge?

Hi, welcome to the forum. I think you will find us a friendly and helpful group.

Hi Lakelander and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.
