I need to send in my 7x42 UV HD+ for repair of one eyecup. It wasn't fall that did it, it was the sudden stop.
That said, their customer service sent a very responsive e-mail with shipment info. The problem is they are requesting the bill of sale. I'm not sure I can gather it. Does anyone know what happens? Send it in anyway? Assume a higher repair bill?
