Yellowlegs, Solitary, or ? The bill has a little droop to it.

Solitary sandpiper, a yellowleg would be immediately noticeable with its bright yellow legs, finer upturned bill and is generally plainer but more vibrant.

On a quick recall, I can't think what else it would be than a Solitary Sandpiper, and for that ID I really like the eye-ring, which I've always found to be very noticeable with that species.

That said, it seems oddly grey overall, whereas I recall SS as sharply dark/white, but that could be the photo, so disregard.

That's only greater yellowlegs, which you're not v likely to confuse with this bird. Lesser yellowlegs and (typically) solitary sandpiper have a straight bill.
