These chaps were in the same spot. Are they Scaly-breasted and White-headed Munias?

I do not know what Larry thinks but the munias on the right? I would be circumspect about them, they look a bit like 3 merit ceremonial release birds to me?

How do they 'look like' ceremonial release birds?

I've seen the species in scrubby habitat close to the airport in KL where they are apparently declining?
