I posted a report of my latest birding day in Costa Rica ; a trip to Virgen del Socorro at my blog.

Would like to get out more but the closest I get on weekdays is viewing the nearby cloud-forested mountains through the office window. At least I can get out on weekends!

Only able to get out to the Costa Rican highlands on weekends, you say? |=(| I can't begin to tell you how much I feel your pain... (he says, anticipating another four months of scraping the ice off his car window every morning).

Well, it's a tough life, but somebody's got to live it! :t: At least you have the consolation of Tico food for breakfast (I hope!): gallo pinto, guayaba jam, and papaya that actually tastes like something. (I sure do miss those breakfasts!)

Cheers,
Peter C.
