I ""think"" this is a Eastern Wood-Pewee,im not sure, It looks awfull fat I know the picture isnt all that great I was using full 48digitalzoom
It almost sounded like a hawk or harrier

Overall grayish color, bold wingbars, and straight dark bill with a light eye all point towards Northern Mockingbird.
