Need to ID a Smaller Bird? - USA (1 Viewer)

I ""think"" this is a Eastern Wood-Pewee,im not sure, It looks awfull fat I know the picture isnt all that great I was using full 48digitalzoom
It almost sounded like a hawk or harrier

Looks like a Northern Mockingbird to me.

I didnt think of that, being in the sun like that i coulnt tell, and i guess it is if it can imatate a hawk.

Definitely Northern Mockingbird. They can immitate just about anything.

Overall grayish color, bold wingbars, and straight dark bill with a light eye all point towards Northern Mockingbird.

Also, Eastern Wood Pewees aren't expected in the US in January.
