Nesting Hawk (1 Viewer)

Hi, new to the forum. We have a nesting pair of hawks in an oak tree about 100' off the ground. Very noisy. I have looked in books and can not identify the birds. Not sure if this helps. I have feeders that are visited by squirrels and various birds that don't seem to be bothered by the hawks presence. Even have a rabbits burrow in a brush pile almost straight under the tree. Over the winter I had Coopers fly through and everything would scatter. I am thinking that these hawks may eat small rodents. I attached a picture of one out of the nest. Can anyone identify them. Thanks

Thanks everyone. I goggled pictures of a red shouldered hawk and as you said thats what they are. Hopefully it will be a successful nest.
