Old Chinese bird illustration (1 Viewer)

Sometimes in old paintings of birds, it can look like a bird is actually an amalgamation of 2 or more species.

This one, in an illustrated Tao Te Ching, looks to have been influenced by White Eyed River Martin to a fair degree.. 🤔🦆
